The agreements were signed to construct four food manufacturing facilities in Jordan

The Minister of Agriculture Khalid Hneifat has signed agreements with investors to set up four food processing facilities which will be investing approximately JD2 million. The agreement includes the establishment of an industrial potato plant for part production, as well as a facility to process and package of mushrooms, and two vegetable manufacturing factories. The Jordanian Palestinian Agricultural Marketing Company (JPACO) will monitor on all contracts, and will prepare marketing strategies to identify potential marketing opportunities in the outside world, Hneifat said.
