Universal Biofuels converts bulk customers to B100 in India

Plantations International News By Aemetis Inc. | September 17, 2015 Aemetis Inc. announced distilled biodiesel produced by its subsidiary in India has been used by bulk customers to replace 100 percent petroleum diesel with 100 percent distilled biodiesel, reducing emissions by 80 percent and providing cost savings to customers. Traditionally, in Europe and the U.S., biodiesel is blended in the range of 5 to 20 percent with petroleum diesel due to colder temperature conditions. Oakland Biofuels looks to help farmers by producing cellulosic ethanol from bracken

Plantations International News Oakland Biofuels is looking to launch a new cellulosic ethanol production technology in Mid-Wales, UK, using bracken as a feedstock. The facility will be the first of its kind in Europe to use the new technology in conjunction with bracken.
